25-year-old Oliver shows up 17 years after he and his stepdad went missing and he became the milk carton kid. To Oliver’s town, they went missing without a trace, to the police, they were declared legally dead, but when Oliver returns out of nowhere, he becomes the town’s crazy runaway who thinks he was abducted by aliens. Now, it’s up to Oliver to find his place in a world he never grew up in and to convince the people trying to lock him away that aliens really do exist, all in a race against time to return to orbit and save his stepfather.
