Jonathan Kramer

Chairman & CEO

Rive Gauche was purchased in 2003 by Jonathan Kramer, an entrepreneur with extensive international production and distribution experience. Prior to acquiring Rive Gauche, Kramer was the president of Promark Entertainment Corporation from 1994-2004, where he was responsible for all the company's activities, including production and distribution. Under Kramer's leadership, Promark completed production on 40 feature films. Before moving to Promark, he held senior positions at New Century Vista Films, CBS Theatrical Films, Times Mirror Cable TV, and United Artist Theatres.


David Auerbach

President

David Auerbach joined Rive Gauche Television in January 2009 as a partner with a proven track record of developing successful programming for network prime time, cable, first run syndication and the Internet. As a programming executive for Warner Bros., he was responsible for developing, selling and overseeing production of more than 330 hours of prime time reality programming and more than 3,000 hours for first run syndication. 

His prime time credits include, The Bachelor (ABC), Randy Jackson presents: America's Best Dance Crew (MTV), True Beauty (ABC), Here Come the Newlyweds (ABC) and High School Reunion (TV Land). He served as a key member of the creative team responsible for launching 18 new series in syndication including; Extra, Rosie O'Donnell, Ellen DeGeneres, Tyra Banks, Judge Mathis, Elimidate, Street Smarts and Change of Heart. 

In new media, he was the creative executive in charge of the development and launch of TMZ.com, which has quickly become a global brand and distinguished itself as one of the few successful web properties to emerge from the traditional media industry.


Jay Behling

CFO

Jay Behling began working with Rive Gauche Television in 2005 as Chief Financial Officer. His has an extensive and diversified background in all aspects of financial management, including capital acquisition, budgets and business plans, financial reporting, tax analysis and planning, corporate mergers, SEC reporting and human resource management. Prior to joining Rive Gauche, Behling held senior-level financial positions at Promark Entertainment Group, Active Intermedia, Inc., Turner Entertainment Co. and Lorimar, Inc. He earned his CPA certificate while working at the accounting firm of Price Waterhouse & Co.
